Return & Refund Policy

At Zari Collection, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Customized or stitched products
  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves, undergarments)
  • Gift cards

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review and approve your request.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will either:
    • Offer an exchange, or
    • Provide store credit (if replacement is unavailable).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
  • After verification, a replacement or exchange will be arranged at no extra cost.

6. Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are generally not provided.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In most cases, customers are offered store credit or exchange instead.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
  • Once shipped, the standard return process will apply.
